This is Executive Hunt Oy's Registry and Data Protection Statement in accordance with the Finnish Personal Data Act (Sections 10 and 24) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of this privacy statement is to describe as clearly and comprehensibly as possible how Executive Hunt Oy (hereinafter “Executive Hunt”) collects, processes and stores customer and personal information.

2. What information do we collect and how?
Information provided to us by the user himself: name, company, title), contact information (address, telephone number, e-mail).
We also collect information about your use of our services and websites, such as browsing information, user location, IP address, operating system, internet browser and the source of your access to our website. In principle, this information cannot be combined with individuals.
3. What do we use this information for?
The information we collect is used to sell and deliver our services and products, and to develop and market our operations. By voluntarily providing information to us, you agree that your information will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
Executive Hunt never sells personal information to a third party. However, Executive Hunt Oy may, if necessary, disclose information to trusted partners if the provision of the service so requires. The information provided will be used solely and exclusively for the above purpose.
We process information based on the customer relationship between the customer and the Executive Hunt, the agreement and legal obligations.
4. How is the data stored?
The Executive Hunt’s contact record is maintained in a cloud service that is properly secured. Only Executive Hunt employees and the webmaster have access to the customer register and the information is treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it belongs to.
If the information is disclosed to third parties, they are bound to treat the information confidentially and in accordance with this privacy statement.
5. Editing and Deleting Registry Information
Everyone in the customer register has the right to inspect and request the correction of any incorrect information, or to supplement incomplete information. The person in the register also has the right to delete his or her data from the register. The data subject also has other GDPR rights, such as restricting the processing of data in certain situations.
All requests for inspection, correction, supplementation, deletion and restriction must be sent in writing to the registrar at info@executivehunt.ceo. If necessary, the registrar may require the requester to prove his identity. The controller will respond to the request within the time specified in the GDPR, usually within one month.
